Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with Articles L.221-5 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Requirements

To be accepted for return, an item must be new, unopened, unused, with the seal intact, and in its complete, unaltered original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

• cosmetics that have been opened, unsealed, or used;
• gift cards;
• Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotional campaign.

In accordance with Article L.221-28(5) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. The statutory warranties of conformity and against hidden defects remain applicable in all circumstances.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, regardless of the country of shipment. You are responsible for the return shipment: we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, especially for any item valued at more than €75. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages that are not tracked.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your package, we will notify you by email to confirm receipt and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We will only exchange an item if it is defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact us at contact@madamedalexis.com before returning any items.
