Our clients' reviews of Madame d'Alexis treatments – You say it better than we do

Reviews are collected from customers invited to share their experience after their order has been delivered. A review can also be submitted directly on the website.

The label " Verified Buyer " indicates a review linked to an order. Each review pertains to the specific product or accessory.

A review moderation process is in place. Depending on our moderation settings, some reviews are published automatically, while others are reviewed manually before publication, especially those that include a photo.

An authentic review is never rejected solely because it expresses a negative experience. A review may be rejected in the event of:

• verified fraud or attempted fraud
• a review that does not reflect an actual experience
• spam
• abusive, unlawful, or irrelevant content
• inappropriately published personal data
• any other objective violation of our publishing rules

When a review is rejected, the author is notified by email of the reason for the rejection.

A commercial reward may be granted after the submission of a genuine review: 15 % off a future order, or 20 % when the review includes a photo.

Only one reward is awarded per customer for the same collection campaign.

It is not conditional on the review being positive: a review submitted for manual verification receives the same reward once its authenticity is confirmed.

Approved reviews are published within 14 days of submission. They are kept indefinitely. The submission date is displayed with each review.

By default, reviews are sorted by “Most relevant, ” which highlights reviews containing text or a photo, from most recent to oldest. You can also sort them by date or rating.

You can edit your review using the link provided in our invitation email : the edited review will be submitted for moderation again. We may respond publicly to a review and contact its author if necessary.
