Refund policy

Withdrawal period

In accordance with Articles L.221-5 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

Eligibility conditions

To be accepted for return, an item must be new, unopened and unused, with its seal intact, and must be in its complete, unaltered original packaging.

The following cannot be returned:

• cosmetic products that have been opened, unsealed or used;
• gift cards;
• items purchased at a promotional price or during a promotional event.

In accordance with Article L.221-28 5° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for cosmetic products that have been unsealed after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. The statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects remain applicable in all circumstances.

Making a return

Contact us at contact@madamedalexis.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. Once we have approved it, send your parcel to the following address:

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are payable by the customer, regardless of the country of dispatch. You are responsible for the return shipment: we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, particularly for any item worth more than 75 €. We do not guarantee receipt of parcels returned without tracking.

Refunds

Once your parcel has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and tell you whether the refund has been approved. If your request is approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method within a maximum of 14 days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged on receipt. Contact us at contact@madamedalexis.com before sending anything back.
