How often?

The Shampoo is used at each wash, and can be used daily. The Mask follows the shampoo: 2 to 5 minutes to detangle, 5 to 10 minutes for regular conditioning, 20 to 30 minutes for a deep treatment, and as an overnight treatment once a week for sensitized hair.
