Orders and Shipments

An order is considered confirmed once the payment is validated by COSMO. The company is committed to processing orders within the limits of available stock.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France

Orders placed between Monday and Thursday will be shipped the next day. Those placed between Friday and Sunday evening, or on a public holiday, will be sent the next business day.

Shipping is provided by Colissimo, with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 10 business days. Delivery is free for all orders over €90 in mainland France.

As delivery times are managed by the carriers, COSMO cannot be held responsible for delays.

Deliveries to French Overseas Territories and internationally.

Orders placed from Monday to Thursday are shipped the next day, while those placed between Friday and Sunday evening or during a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

Deliveries are made via Colissimo and DHL express.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country and the delivery method chosen (standard or express).

COSMO cannot be held responsible for delays related to the carriers.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Products purchased from a reseller: For any exchange or refund request, please contact the reseller directly. COSMO cannot process returns of products purchased anywhere other than on its website or in an official store.

  • In-store exchanges: Exchanges are possible in store for any product purchased in store or on our website. However, this only applies to unopened and non-discounted items. Refunds in store are not available and must be processed via our website.

  • General return conditions: A returned item must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging. If the return is refused, COSMO will return the item to the customer at their expense, without any possibility of compensation.

Returns from abroad (excluding mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg)

Customers have 14 days after receipt to make a return via our dedicated platform. Return costs are their responsibility, and the use of carriers such as FedEx or DHL with tracking is recommended.

Exchanges are only possible for orders placed in mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Returns from mainland France, Belgium, and Luxembourg

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. In mainland France and Belgium, return costs are covered by COSMO. In the event of an exchange, the shipment of the new item is also free.

Items must be in their original packaging and must not have been used.

The processing of returns can take between 2 and 3 weeks. Once validated, you will receive a confirmation email and, if a refund is planned, it will be processed within 10 business days.

Tracking returns, exchanges, and refunds

After sending your return package, processing generally takes between 2 and 3 weeks. Once validated, you will be notified by email.

The refund, once approved, can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
