Who is Madame d’Alexis?
A hair care brand born of heritage, reimagined through the science of hair care.
As an ambassador’s wife in the last century, Madame d’Alexis traveled the world with her leather notebooks. From Zanzibar to Kyoto, from Buenos Aires to Marrakech, she recorded the hair care rituals passed down by the women she met: beauty rituals, distilled plants, herbal infusions, oils, perfumes, textures, and beauty secrets.
These notebooks weren’t just about recipes. They revealed a rigorous approach to care: observing nature, respecting the timing of each step, understanding the scalp as skin in its own right, and striving for visible results without ever compromising on sensory experience.
Nearly a century later, this legacy was passed down to her granddaughter. Rather than replicating it exactly as it was, she chose to reinterpret it in light of modern science, giving rise to hair care products where the tradition of rituals meets the precision of skincare.
